We’re so sorry if you're not happy with your purchase, we want you to feel passionate about every piece that you wear so are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item please send it to:
Please add a note in the parcel with your name and order number so we know who it is from, and whether you are after a refund or an exchange. If you could also provide any feedback as to why you are returning the item that would be greatly appreciated to help us improve our products.
Unfortunately, as we are a small company we are not able to offer free returns at this time. You will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are exchanging, we will pay the shipping costs for the item that is then sent back to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus shipping costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The payment should come through within 1-2 days but can take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an alternate size is needed. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at vixn@vixnfit.com and then follow the shipping steps above.
